In-Store Pickup
We do not offer in-store pickup at this time.
Processing Times
Processing times are separate from shipping times.
All orders are processed and delivered to the postal service within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates (United States)
Shipping is free for all orders shipped within the United States (including Hawaii and Alaska). There is no minimum order price or quantity requirement to receive the free shipping.
Estimated travel time for west coast orders: 1-2 days.
Estimated travel time for east coast orders: 3-4 days.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes is available.
International Shipping
We recommend placing international orders through Amazon. This will save you the most on shipping costs plus cutdown on travel time. We sell on several Amazon marketplaces: Canada, Mexico, Australia, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Spain, Sweden.
You can purchase directly from our site as well. Shopify already integrates with a few carriers (like USPS, DHL Express and UPS in the US, Canada Post in Canada, and Sendle in Australia) and gives you shipping options and real-time pricing. Carrier calculated shipping can be very friendly since it allows you to choose and does the math for you.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Lost Boy Entertainment LLC is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@lost-boy-entertainment.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
