Wholesale
Do you sell wholesale to retail stores?
In the United States, we are distributed by Asmodee USA. You can also order directly through Faire.
In Canada, we are distributed by Asmodee Canada.
If you are international, please see our list of distributors.
Do you provide demo copies for potential retailers?
Yes, we send demo copies for free. If you'd like to join our list of retailers who receive copies when we launch new games, please use our contact page to join in.
Do you have promotional content retailers can use for advertising?
Yes, we have photo and video assets which are free to use for the promotion of our products. Please see our media kits.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return my game for free?
Absolutely. Even if the box is open, you'll receive a 100% refund. We prefer you return within 30 days of purchasing, but we are flexible.
Missing Pieces
What should I do if my new game arrives with missing or damaged components?
United States or Canada: Whether you bought directly from us or another retailer, we will replace all missing and damaged components for free. Please use our Spare Parts form.
International: Due to international shipping costs, the fastest and easiest method for replacing missing or damaged components is to return the product to your retailer in exchange for a new unit.
I lost some game components, do you have spare parts?
United States or Canada: We can replace components for free while supplies last. Please use our Spare Parts form.
International: Due to international shipping costs, we cannot offer spare parts at this time.
Rulebooks
Do you have PDF copies of your rulebooks?
Yes, please see our rulebooks page.
Do you have translated rulebooks?
Yes, for certain games Please see our rulebooks page.
Marketing
Do you provide review copies to reviewers and influencers?

Do you do partnerships or sponsorships with other companies?

Do you have a media kit we can use in advertising?
Yes, we have photo and video assets which are free to use for the promotion of our products. Please see our media kits.
Submissions
Do you accept submissions for new games or expansion ideas?
Due to a full project pipeline, we are currently not seeking ideas for new games but we love hearing ideas to improve existing games or expansion ideas. Please use our contact page.
Do you need playtesters for projects in development?
Our list of playtesters is full at the moment, but please check back in the future.
Do you accept submissions for film & television ideas or screenplays?
Due to a full project pipeline, we are currently not accepting ideas or screenplays at this time.
